Thank you, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Sienna Senior Living. My name is Dino Chiesa. I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors of Sienna and I'll act as Chair of today's meeting.
