I think a lot of people probably recognize the name LegalZoom, but maybe a little bit less familiar with your actual business. So perhaps let's start off with the gist, an overview summary of what LegalZoom does.
Yeah, yeah, LegalZoom is a 20-year-old company, 20-plus, started by putting legal forms online. Really at the time, pretty revolutionary concept. And, over time, has evolved to doing other types of transactions, but primarily helping small businesses form an entity. And then remain compliant with government agencies.
