So yeah, I guess we'll get started. Just so everyone's aware, there will be forward-looking statements in this presentation. We're going to do a full run through today. There's a lot of new people and yeah, Akiba why don't you run us through the Mako Mining story?
All right. Great. Thanks, Deb. My name is Akiba Leisman, for those that don't know, I'm the CEO of Mako Mining. And what we're doing right now is three things in northern Nicaragua. First and foremost, we're building what will be the highest grade open pit only mine in the world. We are about 80% done building that initial 500 tonne per day project. We're expecting to have first gold pour in January of next calendar year, meant to have commercial production in early Q2 of next year. We're in the process right now of
