I would like to take this opportunity to thank those present for taking the time to attend today's meeting. Your support and interest in the company's affairs are appreciated by the Board. This Annual General Meeting is being conducted virtually as we play our part in the measures required to contain the spread of COVID-19. My fellow board members and I regret that we are unable to meet the shareholders physically today.

Today's meeting is being held online via the Lumi platform. This allows shareholders, proxy holders and guests to attend the meeting virtually. All attendees can listen to our webcast of the meeting. In addition, shareholders and proxy holders have the ability to ask questions and submit votes online.
