Welcome, everyone, to the 43rd Annual JPMorgan Healthcare Conference. My name is Tess Romero, and I'm one of the Senior Biotech Analysts here at JPMorgan. We're pleased to welcome to the stage ACADIA Pharmaceuticals and presenting on behalf of the company, we have CEO, Catherine Owen Adams.

Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It's a pleasure to stand here as the new CEO of ACADIA Pharmaceuticals officially enrolled just over 100 days. So I guess that means it's not actually new anymore. But I'm excited to be here this morning to share more about our vision for ACADIA. I come into this role with over 30 years of pharmaceutical experience, most recently as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the US at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
And prior to that, leading their international markets business in Europe, Japan and Canada, where I oversaw 9 launches in the last 5 years in rare disease and
