Hey. Hello, everybody. Welcome to the 42nd Annual Bernstein Strategic Decisions Conference, both to everybody in the room and those joining us on the webcast. I'm delighted to be joined by the Air Products senior team for a fireside chat. We have both Eduardo Menezes and Melissa Schaeffer on the stage with us today. I'm going to briefly introduce them before getting into the questions.
So Eduardo joined Air Products as CEO in February 2025. He's a 40-year veteran of the industrial gases industry. And prior to joining Air Products, Mr. Menezes has held a variety of senior executive roles at Praxair premerger and then the combined Linda entity. These included EVP and President of Linda EMEA after the merger. And at Praxair, he held positions including EVP Asia, Europe, Mexico, and South America; Head of Global Hydrogen; and EVP North America Praxair distribution. Mr. Menezes holds an MBA from the State University of New York and a chemical engineering degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
