Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Alain Bouchard. I am the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of Alimentation Couche-Tard. I'm very pleased to welcome you to our Annual Shareholders Meeting. I now declare the meeting open.
In accordance with the company's bylaws, as Executive Chairman of the Board I shall chair this meeting. And Julia Wojciechowska, Assistant Corporate Secretary will serve as Secretary of the meeting. Julia?
