So we can get started. So good morning. I'm Tim Wojs; I cover building products here at Baird, and we're happy to have Atkore join us again at our Global Industrial Conference this year. Atkore is a leading provider of electrical raceway solutions and really they protect a structure's electrical circuitry. From the company, we have CEO Bill Waltz; we have CFO David Johnson; and then John Deitzer's in the audience back there.
We're going to start with some prepared remarks from Bill and then we're going to go into Q&A. So with that, the floor is yours.
