We're going to get started. Thanks, everyone, for joining. I'm delighted to have Bruce Van Saun, the CEO of Citizens -- Chairman and CEO of Citizens. So Bruce, thank you again. Maybe to start most of my questions are looking forward, but I wanted to have one that looks back. It's been about 6 years since you became CEO. Over that time, the financial metrics we all focus on have roughly tripled to quadrupled. Your ROTCE has gone from 4% to 13%.
