Good morning. I'm Dev Kritika, President and CEO of MBA.
Lieutenant General Dave Melcher, our Chairman of our board of directors, is retiring effective as of this meeting, and I will be stepping into the Chairman role, along with Director Doctor Claire Pomeroy, serving as lead independent director.
As an initial comment, I want to thank Dave for his leadership and boundless support to Mbekta and our approximately 2000 associates as we navigated the many challenges to stand up Mbekta as an independent company nearly 4 years ago.
I'm pleased to welcome you to our annual shareholder meeting and to call the meeting to order.
