So good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to TD Cowen's 12th Annual Communications Infrastructure Summit. Again, Michael Elias, covering comms for TD Cowen. For this session, we have Equinix. And from Equinix, we have their EVP of Global Operations, Raouf Abdel, who's back here with us for the second straight year, which makes me very happy. This is structured as a fireside chat.
