Okay, I think we're ready to go. I'm Doug Harned, Bernstein's Global Aerospace and Defense Analyst, and I'm thrilled to have with us again GE Aerospace's CEO and Chairman, Larry Culp.
Larry's got a few things he's going to take us through, and then we'll go into the Q&A.

Good to be back. We always enjoy this conference. Not only is it well timed, it always seems to be an opportunity to get out of the day-to-day details and really talk about what's distinctive and unique about GE Aerospace, both today and as we think about the business going forward.
