Okay, we will get started now. Good morning or good afternoon, depending on where you are, and welcome to the session for El Pollo Loco. I am David Tarantino, the restaurants analyst at Baird. And pleased to introduce the management team from El Pollo Loco here.
Just by way of context, El Pollo Loco runs a system of almost 500 locations that focus on serving fire-grilled chicken and other Mexican-inspired entrées that kind of match the quality that you might see in a fast-casual or even casual-dining restaurant but are served in a format that is more like the speed and convenience of a quick service restaurant. It's an exciting story.
