Welcome to the Myrion Technologies 2026 Annual Stockholders Meeting.
At this time, I'd like to turn the meeting over to the company. Please go ahead.
Thank you, and good morning to all our stockholders. I'm Tom Logan, Chairman of Marion's Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I'll be chairing the meeting.
Our Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Emmanuel Lee, will act as Secretary of the meeting. This meeting will be held in accordance with the company's bylaws and Delaware law. The meeting is now called to order.
