Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for standing by, and welcome to the Orion Properties Inc.'s annual meeting. I'll now turn the conference over to Reggie Gilyard, Chairman of the Board of Directors. You may begin.
Good morning, and welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Orion Properties Inc. I'm Reggie Gilyard, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orion, and I'll be presiding over this meeting.
Before turning to the formal items of business, I'd like to note the presence of my fellow directors and the company's officers who are virtually attending the meeting. This includes Paul McDowell, the company's Chief Executive Officer and a Director. Paul will be leading the question-and-answer portion of today's agenda.
