Welcome to this teleconference about the announcement of ASSA ABLOY's acquisition of the Hardware & Home Improvement division of Spectrum Brands in the U.S.
My name is Björn Tibell. I'm heading investor relations. And joining me at this call is ASSA ABLOY's CEO, Nico Delvaux; and our Head of Americas Division, Lucas Boselli.
