Good morning. I am David Sachs, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Terex Corporation. On behalf of the directors and our management, I welcome each of you to the special meeting of stockholders of Terex Corporation. I will now call the meeting to order.
I want to thank our team members around the world for their hard work and dedication during this process related to the strategic merger of Terex and REV Group, which will be a transformational transaction for Terex. I would also like to thank our customers and stockholders for your continued support. And finally, I would like to thank my fellow board members for their continued guidance.
