First off, I am Doug Lebda, the Founder and CEO of LendingTree. It is great to have you all here. This has been an annual event for many, many years since we've been a public company, and we love the dialogue with all of you. We've got a great agenda, really exciting day. Before we get into that, I'm just going to give you my overall view of last year, and set up the strategic priorities for next year and then tell you where we're headed.

Wow, we have a 2 page disclaimer now. Thank you, federal government. First off, 2019, I'm really, really happy with how our team performed in 2019. Obviously, we tell you, typically, what we want to do and then we go and endeavor and try to do it. And that's what we did last year. We obviously beat on EBITDA or on revenue. We beat on VMD. We hit on EBITDA, which you should all know, is going to be a very recurring theme for us because if there are opportunities to invest for the longer term, as you're going to see today with My LendingTree, et cetera, we want to continue to lean in and do that. So
