Thank you, sir. Good afternoon, everybody. I'm Gary C. Evans, Chairman and CEO of the United States Antimony Corporation. On behalf of our Board of Directors, our officers, and employees, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
