Good morning, and welcome to the Middleby Corporation 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I would like to introduce the first presenter, Timothy FitzGerald, Chief Executive Officer of The Middleby Corporation.
Thank you. I am Tim FitzGerald, Chief Executive Officer of The Middleby Corporation, and I will act as Chairman of the meeting. I would like to introduce the following people: Bryan Mittelman, Chief Financial Officer; and Martin Lindsay, Chief Risk and Administration Officer, Treasury and Secretary; James Pool, Chief Technology and Operations Officer; and Steve Spittle, Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Mittelman will act as Secretary of the meeting.
