So I wanted to start with your long-term -- medium- to long-term guidance that you've presented at your analyst meeting last month. I think it was, maybe 6 weeks ago now. So you said revenue growth of 3% to 5%, adjusted EBITDA margins of 17% to 19%. Can you talk a little bit about the assumptions underlying that and why you're so confident in the business outlook?
So I think it goes to the industry and to our company, in particular. On the industry, this is proven over time to be a pretty resilient business and one that's over a 100 years old. Actually, we celebrate our 100th birthday
