Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Adam Sullivan, President and CEO of Core Scientific, Inc. On behalf of the directors, officers, and employees of the company, I want to welcome you to our 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
The meeting will now officially come to order.
The time now is 10 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and the polls are now open for voting on all matters to be presented.
As we are hosting today's meeting through a virtual online platform.
