Good morning. My name is Herb England. I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FuelCell Energy. I will also serve as the Chairman of this 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of FuelCell Energy.

Accordingly, a quorum is present at this meeting, and I declare this meeting to be duly convened.
