I would now like to turn the meeting over to Bill Staples, GitLab, Inc.'s Chief Executive Officer and Board Member and Chair of this Annual Meeting. You may begin.
Thank you. Welcome, and thanks for joining us for our annual meeting of stockholders. I'm Bill Staples, the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of GitLab.
