Mondelez has delivered very consistent organic growth in the past several years now, highlighting its faster growth snacking portfolio, geographic diversity and market share progress. The company is focused squarely on accelerating growth by doubling down on its core chocolate and biscuit categories and further enhancing value creation through portfolio optimization via growth accretive acquisitions and divestments of slower growth in non-snacking assets.
