Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to sunny Florida. You wouldn't be able to tell by this room, but I promise it is sunny outside. Let's stay here please. I'm Jon Raviv. I'm Citi's Aerospace Defense Analyst. This is day 2 of the Citi Global Industrials Conference. We're very proud and very happy to have SAIC here. Tony Moraco is the CEO; Nazzic Keene is the COO; and Shane Canestra is the Head of Investor Relations at SAIC. SAIC is a government services provider. The thing you probably have to know right now is that they have just recently closed on a large deal purchasing a -- in an all-stock transaction, Engility, another other government services provider. Tony and Nazzic are going to run us through a few slides here to give us a bit of an overview of where things stand right now with that integration and the opportunity.
