Good afternoon, everybody. I'm Lawrence Diamond, I'm the CEO of Mitesco. We have to cover this necessary component here, which is the Safe Harbor. We're going to be talking about some forward-looking statements, and I just want to bring that to folks' attention that that is the case here.
Mitesco, for those of you not familiar with the organization, we are headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The company really at this point is focusing on healthcare and the consumer shift in healthcare that is occurring. Because of the incredible growth in cost of healthcare across America over the last 20, 30 years, insurance companies keep on pushing more and more of that exposure directly to the consumer. As a result, consumers have to participate.
