Good afternoon and welcome to the Annual Meeting of the shareholders of Major Drilling Group International Inc. My name is Andrew McLaughlin, VP of Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Major Drilling Group International Inc., which we will refer to in today's meeting as Major Drilling.
This meeting is being held in a hybrid format with shareholders able to attend in person or online. Registered shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders attending either way may participate and vote. Before we begin, a few housekeeping points.
