Good afternoon. This meeting is called to order.
I'm John Congleton, Chief Executive Officer of Mineralis Therapeutics, Inc. I'd like to welcome each of you to this annual meeting of shareholder stockholders. We appreciate your interest and attendance. Joining me on this call is Adam Levy, our Chief Financial Officer.
This meeting is being held pursuant to written notice mailed to all stockholders of record at the close of business on March 25, 2026, which is the record date determined by the Board of Directors.
All stockholders as of the close of business on that date are entitled to notice of and to vote at this meeting.
I have here an affidavit of mailing certifying that the notice of annual meeting was mailed on or about April 8, 2026, to the company's stockholders of record as of the record date. This document will be included with the minutes of the meeting.
