(technical difficulty) third-quarter FY 2024 earnings call. For this third quarter, we had hoped for a recovery in market conditions in major regions, but the recovery was slower than expected. And the accompanying intensification of price competition made the sales environment surrounding our business even more severe.

We have responded flexibly to those changes. But as you can see from the slide, the net sales were JPY1,989.3 billion and the operating profit, JPY104.6 billion. This was mainly due to a decrease in wholesale volume to clear up the inventory and the significant increase in sales expenses to cope with the price competition.
