Ladies and gentlemen, good morning. And thank you for joining our analyst and investors. Call on our Q3 results as you have read in our financial reports at Montea, all lights are on green for 2024.
We are ahead on our ambitious growth plan track 27. The gross lettable area of our portfolio is for the first time above 2 million square meters. We will achieve our earnings per share for 2024. And as always, our operations are built on solid financials.
Last but not least, all mountaineers are very proud to have been nominated for the prestigious Belgian Entrepreneur of the Year Award. A recognition for our strong track record.
