Well, thank you, Sarah. It's great to be back with the Proactive team. The last time I was there, the shares were trading at abound a pound, so it's been quite a run for us. And thank you all for your support over the last year or so and hopefully everyone's been safe. So, as Sarah mentioned, we are a dual listed company on [AIM], and we just recently went public on the US Stock Exchange.

So, let me give you a little background, for those of you who are new to the story, about what MaxCyte is all about. So, this is a products business, so we manufacture -- we invented a technology which I'll talk about called flow electroporation. And we manufacture and ship and sell and license our technology through instruments and single use disposables.

And what we're doing is we're basically taking blood cells from a patient and we're engineering those blood cells -- or our partners are engineering those blood cells -- to turn those blood cells into a therapeutic to treat very serious diseases.
