First of all, I would like to offer my deepest apologies for causing great inconveniences on the part of customers, investors and the members of the relevant parties because of a series of IT systems failures that occurred at Mizuho Bank as well as a similar event at Mizuho Securities. For the systems failures at Mizuho Bank, we will make sure to conduct an in-depth investigation to get to the bottom of this issue and come up with a measure to make improvements.
