Good morning, everyone. This is Daisuke Yamashita, President of Nippon Building Fund Management. Thank you for joining us today.

While there are uncertainties surrounding the Japanese economy, including soaring crude oil prices and rising import prices due to the weaker yen, the office leasing market continues to gain momentum despite these headwinds. I believe the various NBF metrics we present today will demonstrate the strength of the market. NBF will deliver solid profit growth despite the rise in interest rates continuing.
