Thanks for making the time. I actually peaked in the room earlier, and I wish this curtain was open because it's a spectacular view and much more fun than sitting in a dark room. But anyway, Martin Kay. I'm the CEO of Netcapital. I need a clicker. I'm guessing that's what this is. Some of the sort of customary language here. I think we'll skip this.
So who are we, Netcapital? Netcapital is a fintech company. We are in the business essentially of democratizing access to private capital markets. And so we do three main things. I would say three, even though there's four. That is to see who's paying attention. But the first is that we enable private companies to raise capital online through an SEC-registered funding portal. The second thing is that we create opportunities for any investor, both accredited and non-accredited, to invest in those private companies. And then the third thing is we incubate and take equity positions in early-stage companies.
So we sort of have this parallel two businesses, one is a funding portal where we're bringing together
