Newlake Capital Partners Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, and welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of NewLake Capital Partners, Inc. I'm Anthony Coniglio, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, and I will serve as Chairman of this meeting. Before we begin, I'd like to introduce our senior management and our directors joining us this morning. I'm pleased to welcome Lisa Meyer, our Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary. And also with us today are members of our Board of Directors.
And additionally, we're pleased to have Bruce Roff and Scott Wiener from the accounting firm CBIZ CPAs PC, as well as Claire Andress from the law firm Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP joining us.
