Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Musmax, Inc. I am Christopher Ruddy, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, and a candidate for election as Director. I will serve as Chairman of the meeting. The time is now 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

The company has appointed Broadridge Financial Services to act as Inspector of Election.

Pursuant to the company's amended and restated bylaws and the Florida Business Corporation Act, this year's annual meeting of shareholders is being held in a virtual meeting format.
