Let me start with the presentation. First, turn to page 3 of the presentation material. As for the results for the third quarter, operating revenue was JPY581.5 billion. Business profit was JPY86.2 billion. Profit attributable to owners of parent, JPY42.9 billion. Business profit and profit attributable to owners of parent declined year over year.

Details by business unit will be explained later, but the decline in business profit was mainly due to the sales of residential development and property sales tending to be recognized more in the fourth quarter compared to the previous year.
