Good morning and welcome.
I'd like to welcome you all to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of New Mountain Finance Corporation. I am John Klein, President and CEO of NMFC.
It is my pleasure to welcome you here today for this meeting.
We have stockholders attending via the web portal. As our custom, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer any questions at the end of the meeting. In keeping with the digital approach to this year's meeting, it is now 10.30 and this meeting is officially called to order.
Present at the meeting today are other senior management members of NMFC, Chris Corbett, Chief Financial Officer, and Eric Cain, Corporate Secretary.
