A very warm welcome to this conference to discuss acquisition of Quant Systems Inc., that we signed on 22 February 2023. We are indeed delighted and excited to announce this acquisition by Sonata Software North America, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sonata Software Limited, and we signed a definitive agreement with the shareholders of Quant Systems Inc., a Texas USA-based IT solution and software company, to acquire 100% stake.
