Thank you. Good evening, good morning, and welcome to Tech Mahindra Q2 FY '21 results. Thank you for joining us today. I do know that on this particular day, I have to take you back to the previous quarter when I had spoken to all of you and said, there are 3 phases this organization would work and look at how we grow together. The internal teams have come up with 3 phases, with that we imagine value and rise. And I put forward, we imagine and I use the word repair. And that's what I've communicated to you before value and rise.
