Good evening, everyone, and thank you for joining the call. As communicated earlier today, we have entered into the definitive agreement with L&T. We acquired 100% of equity stake and convertible instrument in Nabha Power projects.
Nabha Power operate 1.4 gigawatts supercritical coal bill Power plant located at Rajpur, Punjab. The enterprise value net of care for the transaction is approximately INR6,889 crores compared of three components for INR3,661 crores of equity and convertible instruments, INR495 crores for repayment of the promoter loan and INR2,733
