EBITDA margin improved to 10.5% from 8.4% in the prior year, driven by disciplined cost management and pricing actions.
Consolidated PAT surged 76% YoY to Rs 130 crore, reflecting strong operational leverage.
Net cash position strengthened to Rs 670 crore from Rs 155 crore a year ago, supported by favorable working capital improvements.
The electronics segment grew 22.8% YoY, and the electrical segment grew 27.7% YoY, with robust volume growth in switchgear, modular switches, and pumps.

Supply chain disruptions and commodity cost pressures from the West Asia conflict impacted operations and input costs.
