Good morning.

I am Ron Dansour, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nuvectis Pharma, and I will be presiding over today's virtual meeting of stockholders.

On behalf of our company, I want to welcome you to our 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is now formally called to order.

We're very pleased to have each of you in attendance at today's. Virtual meeting, let me begin by introducing the directors of the company in attendance by means of remote communication.

With us today are Ken Hoverman, Matt Kaplan, James Oliviero, and Dr. Juan Sanchez. Also virtually present here today is Aviran Dilal of Kesselman & Kesselman, a member firm of PwC.

Our independent auditors for the year ending December 31, 2025 Matt Mannick of Alston and Bird LLP, our legal counsel, who will serve as Secretary of the meeting and Chandy Neubauer-Jackson of C.P. Habberg, who will serve as the Inspector of Elections for the meeting.
