Thank you all for coming today. I'm Stacy Rasgon. I cover U.S. semiconductors for Bernstein Research, and I can't express what an honor it is to have our guests here today. Rick Clemmer, the Chief Executive Officer of NXP Semiconductors; as well as Jeff Palmer, Head of IR.

NXP has been a controversial name in recent years. Go back a few years, there was a little bit of a hiccup in front of the Freescale acquisition, and then followed by 2 years of deal overhang which limited, I think to a large degree, the extent to which fundamental investors have been free to engage with the stock and the company. But that overhang is covered up, in my opinion. Significant improvements in the fundamentals that may have gone unnoticed as a result. But everything, whether it's business mix or margins or leverage or cash return, vastly better today I think than it has been in the past. And now the company has the opportunity to reengage with fundamental investors, which is of course like one of the primary reasons
