Okay, folks, good afternoon. My name is James Spence. I'm the CFO. I've been with the company for just over 18 months now.
So folks, I have got 10 slides here, and in these 10 slides, I'm going to take you through our planning assumptions around our profit-and-loss account. I'm going to I'll start by looking at the EBITDA overall. I'm going to give a bit more detail on that on the following slides. I'm going to talk about our gross margin assumptions that underpin the EBITDA.
I'm going to go into a bit of detail on our operating costs. And then going to summarize our investment program that you've had as a theme going right through the day. And I'm then going to take steps sideways, and I'm going to talk about Kupe, which we haven't heard a great deal about today. But I'm going to talk a little bit about Kupe and then on our carbon position, our carbon assumptions. I'll then move to the balance sheet. I will talk about our approach to funding and to capital management. And I'll wrap up by talking about the key metrics that we
