Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Mark Comora, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Opal Fuels, Inc., and as Chairman, I will preside over this annual meeting. Since it is now 10:30, I call this annual meeting of stockholders to order. On behalf of my fellow directors and the officers of the corporation, it is my pleasure to welcome you to this meeting.
