Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Orion's earnings conference call and webcast for the financial year 2023. My name is Tuukka Hirvonen, and I'm the Head of IR here at Orion. In a few moments, our CEO, Liisa Hurme, will present the results from 2023 as well as our refined strategy and new financial objectives.
