Strong momentum in advanced conversational solutions (CPaaS), with gross profit up 39% CAGR since 2023 and RCS/WhatsApp billable events growing 112% and 194% year-on-year, respectively.
All-time high adjusted EBITDA of EUR272 million and strong operating cash flow of EUR192 million in Q2.
Completed two accretive bolt-on acquisitions (KPM Solutions in Italy and Web2SMS in Romania), strengthening market positions while maintaining a solid balance sheet.

Organic adjusted EBITDA declined 1% in constant currency, with an organic OpEx increase of 5% year-on-year.
