Thank you. Me and Fredrik will go through the report, and I will start. The summary of the report is that we have had a stable growth in the third quarter. But as you all know, we have a changing environment. Although we had good positive net lettings in the quarter, and we've had that in every quarter the whole year, and also in the third quarter, both in our business area offices and in our business area industrial and logistics.
